Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

We offer standard Australia-wide delivery for a flat rate of $10 AUD per order.

Please allow approximately 3 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Delivery timeframes may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier delays outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. Cell Lift is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or unforeseen delivery disruptions.

At this stage, we only offer standard shipping within Australia.

REFUND
Return your item within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund, less an $8.95 handling and restocking fee. Return shipping and packaging costs remain your responsibility.

Exchange or Store Credit


Return your item within 30 days for a free exchange or store credit. Return shipping and packaging costs remain your responsibility.

 

* Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

 

RETURNS DUE TO A REACTION

Our products are the highest quality grade and should always be used as directed on the packaging.

In the rare event of skin irritation or an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us via support@cell-lift.com.au

You must notify us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Proof of the reaction (photos are acceptable)

  • Full detailed report

Once approved, we will provide a return address (additional packaging remains your responsibility). After receiving the product, we will either issue a refund or provide a replacement.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

While we take great care with every order, occasional errors can occur. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please provide photos as proof of the damage or incorrect item so our team can assess and approve the return.

Once approved, we will issue a return address (additional packaging is your responsibility).

We recommend returning items using Signature on Delivery and providing us with tracking details, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once the returned item has been received, we will process your refund or replacement.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us with a detailed description of the fault, along with photos or video where possible, and include the product batch number.

Once assessed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
